PTC/PTR Scam, it's real

I have tried many PTC sites, I have not reached payout and some that are scams. it's real, i never get earning from that programs, never. they always say "We have received your payout request.Your payment is being processed", so we must be careful before we join, first we must survey, PTC/PTR sites that pay high amounts per click or high payouts would not be sustainable and most likely be scams. Which advertiser would be willing to pay $1 or more per click or email? its imposible
